1. This property is subject to an Aspen Meadows Homeowner’s Association “Annual Rent Charge” (an “encumbrance”), currently estimated at $250.00/Yr. Please refer to Section 9 (“Aspen Meadows Manor - Purchaser’s Handbook”) for additional information regarding this encumbrance.
2. The builder also recommends potential new home purchaser’s review the Subdivision Plan, including Utility, Over Land Drainage and Access Rights-of-Way, and the Restrictive Covenant, being building Design Specifications, Building Controls and Architectural Guidelines, all of which are detailed in the Aspen Estates, Aspen Meadows Manor - Purchaser’s Handbook.
3. The builder, or the developer (Quinn Corp.), will make available to potential new home purchaser’s, on loan (sign-out) for review, a copy of the Aspen Meadows Manor - Purchaser’s Handbook.
